Physical activity is not only good for your body, it is also great for your mind. Being active releases chemicals in your brain that naturally makes you feel good. Exercise improves mental health by reducing anxiety, depression and negative mood, hence helping with self-esteem and cognitive function.
A strong body builds a strong mind and a good spirit. Our workshop's objective is to work on basic strength, agility and body control among other components. By improving the control of their body and flexibility, it can reduce the risk of injuries in daily life.

This workshop is designed for 16+. You may have taken a gap year, dropped out, or just felt like school wasn't meeting your needs.
Mature candidates are also more than welcome, whether you are a freelancer, looking for a job, a stay at home parent, or perhaps have retired.
Anyone with a little time on their hands can join. Regardless of your physical fitness, feel free to enrol!
A big benefit of the Rock workshops are the small group classes. We plan to accommodate only 8 students per class, ensuring each student receives the personal attention they deserve. This also helps set individual target skills which will helps students succeed.
Certainly not! Students do not have to purchase additional equipment for this workshop, everything will be included in the workshop fee. All you need to bring is yourself and a positive mindset!
Unfortunately, that is not allowed. We offer three subscriptions for this workshop, full term, half term and trial. After enrolling for either subscription please complete payment for the term subscription.
